• Well, we'll start with an initial consultation or as I like to call them "a chat".  This involves me listening while you tell me the story that got you to this point. Maybe it's your parents' anniversary or a best friend's big birthday or you've moved house and want a personalised statement piece for the bare sitting room wall to make it feel like home.

• Next, we'll discuss any ideas you might already have. It's totally fine to have no ideas at all too, that's what I'm here for. To be honest, the initial idea is just a starting point anyway, we never know where we'll end up.

​

• We'll talk about likes, interests, dislikes, colours, if there's a particular space in mind for where it will hang, budget and more.  I'll throw some ideas around too and we'll settle on a design concept and price.

• At this stage, if we're both happy to proceed, there'll be a deposit and then I'll go away and turn our chats into a custom design. I'll send you a mock-up for approval before creating the final piece. This part of the process can take a couple of iterations but more often than not we have it right on the right on the first mock-up.

• Once the mock-up is approved, I take the remainder of the payment and turn the rough draft into the final piece, telling your story in buttons.

​

• You will be sent updates throughout the process. Sometimes small changes, tweaks or updates may be required but never without your approval.
